What are Messages Templates?

The Messages Templates page in the SMS platform is designed to streamline your communication process by allowing you to create and manage templates for your SMS messages.

The templates page is composed of 2 main elements:

Create template button: This button allows you to create a new message template and redirects you to the Create template page.

Table: Displays all the templates you have created. Each column in the table provides crucial information:

• Title Template: The name of the template, which helps you quickly identify the appropriate template for use in various campaigns.
• Contents Template: The actual text of the template will be sent as an SMS message.

Actions:

Edit: This button will open a new window with the details about the template

  Delete: This button will delete your template.
