How to Create a New Database
Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Databases” section. To create a database, you need to find the Create base button and click on it.
On this page, you need to fill out all the necessary fields.
Step 1: Create the Database Name
- Enter the name of the database: Type a unique name that will help you identify and organize your databases effectively.
💡 Important! The name of the database field can not be empty.
Step 2: Configure Birthday Greetings
- Congratulate with Birth Day: Check this option if you want the system to send birthday congratulations automatically.
- Time of Greeting: Click on the time field to set the exact time greetings are sent. You can also check the box "By local time of subscriber" to ensure greetings are sent according to the recipient's local time.
- Congratulations Language: Select the language for the greetings from the dropdown menu to match the recipient's primary language.
Step 3: Set Greeting Preferences
Greeting Sender: You can send messages using a specific name. If you leave the field blank, the field will default to SMS.
Template of a Greeting: Customize the greeting message template. This is where you write the message that will be sent for occasions you specify. You can fill out the contents field in different ways: do it manually, use an insert option, or combine both.
Step 4: Save your changes
- Review All Settings: Double-check all information, including the name and content templates.
- Save: Once everything is finished, click the “Save” button to save your changes.
- Cancel: Click this button to cancel additions and return to the Databases section.
How to Update a Database
Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Databases” section. To edit the database, you need to find the Parameters icon and click on it.
On this page, you need to edit all desired fields.
Step 1: Edit the Database Name

How to copy and move numbers between databases
Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Databases” section. To copy or move numbers between databases, you need to find these sections at the bottom of the page.
To copy or move numbers, you can do:

- Select the source database from the first "Select DB" dropdown menu.
- Choose the target database in the next second "Select DB" field.
- Click the "Copy" button to duplicate the numbers.
Step 2: Move numbers between databases
- Select the source database from the first "Select DB" dropdown menu.
- Choose the target database in the next second "Select DB" field.
- Click the "Move" button to transfer the numbers.
How to add data to a database
Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Databases” section. To add data to the database, you need to find the View icon and click on it.
On this page, you can set up your current database.
The templates page is composed of 6 main elements:
Add one number: Click this button to add a single contact to the database manually. A form will appear where you can enter the contact details such as phone number, name, and other relevant information.
Upload numbers: Use this button to bulk upload contact details from a file. This is useful for importing large numbers of contacts simultaneously, streamlining the database population process.
Base settings: Access this to modify the settings of the database, such as name changes, default greetings, and other configurations that affect how the database operates.
Export: This option allows you to export the entire database or selected contacts into various formats for backup or use in other applications. Formats typically include CSV or Excel files.
Delete selected: After selecting one or more contacts (using the checkboxes beside each contact), use this button to delete them from the database. This helps maintain a clean and up-to-date database by removing unnecessary or outdated entries.
Table: Displays all the contacts included in this database.
You can use the search bar at the top of the table ****to quickly find specific contacts based on different fields such as phone, first name, last name, etc.
Each column in the table provides crucial information:
- Phone: Displays the phone number associated with each entry, serving as the primary identifier.
- First Name: Shows the contact's first name, making personal identification easier.
- Last Name: Lists the surname of the contact, which is helpful for sorting and organization.
- Middle Name: This column may include the middle name if provided, helping further differentiate similar entries.
- Date of Birth: Records the date of birth for each contact, which is essential for any age-related organization or outreach.
- Gender: Indicates the contact's gender, which can be used for demographic segmentation.
- Note 01 to Note 10: These columns provide fields for various custom data points that can be tailored to specific needs or information categories.
Actions:
Delete: This button will delete the contact.
Also, you can edit a specific field in the table by clicking on the needed field.
How to Create a Black list
Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Databases” section. To create a blacklist, you need to find the Black list button and click on it.
After that, you will see the new window:
The blacklist page is composed of 3 sections:
Use Management Tools:
- Delete Selected: To remove selected numbers from the blacklist, check the boxes next to the numbers you wish to remove and click "Delete selected" or click on the Trash icon in the table.
- Delete ALL: To clear all numbers from the blacklist, click the "Delete ALL" button. Use this feature with caution as it will permanently remove all entries.
- Export button: When you click this button, the system will show you a confirmation window. After confirmation, the system will generate the link for the download file. Click on it, and a local storage window will appear.
Add the data to the blacklist:
- Add one number: To add a phone number to the blacklist, type the number into the "Phone number" field and optionally include a comment in the "Comments" field to note why the number is being added (e.g., "scammer", "opt-out request").
- Bulk number adding: If you need to add a list of numbers, click the “Folder” button. After that, the local storage window will appear, and you can choose the file you want.
- Add Button: When you are ready to update your black list, click the "Add" button to save changes.
Table: Displays all the contacts included in this black list.

- Phone: Shows the blacklisted phone number, making it easy to identify which numbers are restricted.
- Comments: Allows for notes or reasons regarding why a number was blacklisted, which can include details like "scammer" or "opt-out request.”
- Created time: Records the date and time when the number was added to the blacklist, helping track the duration of its listing.
Actions:
Delete: This button will delete the contact.
