Database Introduction

What is a Database?

This section allows you to effectively create, manage, and update your contact databases. Utilize these tools to enhance the precision and efficiency of your SMS campaigns.

The database page is composed of 8 main elements:

Search section: Find specific phone numbers quickly using the search field.

Create base: Establish a new database for categorizing and managing contacts. This button redirects you to the Create base page.

Black list: Create and edit your list of blocked contacts, preventing them from receiving SMS messages. This button redirects you to the Black list page.

Clear option: In this section, you can clear your databases’ data. You can choose 2 options: Clear only selected DB or Clear all DB.

Delete: Permanently remove selected or all databases.

Table: The database table displays a comprehensive list of all your databases, making it easy to manage and access specific data. Each column in the table provides crucial information:

• Number (#): Displays a unique identifier for each database entry, aiding in quick reference and management.
• Name: This field shows the database name and the number of contacts included.
• Congratulate on Birthday: Indicates whether the database is set to send birthday wishes to contacts, enhancing personal engagement automatically.

Actions field:

View: Opens a detailed view of database entries.

Parameters: Modify database details and go to database settings.

Export to XLSX: Download database details in XLSX format.

Export to CSV: Download database details in CSV format.

Delete: Remove the database entirely.

Copy numbers section: Duplicate selected numbers to another database.

Move numbers section: Transfer numbers between databases.
