How to create a template

Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Templates” section. To create a template, you need to find the Create template button and click on it.

In the new window, you need to fill out the fields.

💡 Important! The title and the contents fields can not be empty.

Step 1: Create a Title name for your template

• Title template: Enter a unique name for your template in the field for easy identification.

Step 2: Come up with a template content

• Contents template: Fill out the field with the necessary information. Please pay attention that you can fill out this section in different ways:
• Do it manually: write some text;
• Use an insert option: choose a necessary variant from suggestions;
• A combination of both.

Step 3: Save your changes

• Review All Settings: Double-check all information, including the title and content templates.
• Save: Once everything is finished, click the “Save” button to save your changes.
• Cancel: Click this button to cancel additions and return to the Messages templates section.

How to edit the template

Navigate to the “Message” menu and select the “Templates” section. To edit the template, you need to find the Edit icon and click on it.

In the new window, you need to edit all desirable fields.

• Title template: Edit the name of your template in the field for easy identification.

• Contents template: Fill out the field with the necessary information. Please pay attention that you can fill out this section in different ways:
