What is a Сompose?
The SMS Composer is a tool that allows users to create and manage SMS campaigns efficiently.
The database page is composed of main 4 sections:
Basic settings:
- SMS Campaign: Identify each campaign with a unique name for easier tracking and management.
- Validity period: Define the active duration of your SMS campaign by setting the exact hours and minutes it should run.
- Sender: Customize the sender's name that recipients will see, enhancing brand recognition.
- Start and Send Times: Precisely schedule both the start and the specific times messages are sent, ensuring your campaign is executed perfectly and timed.
Contact section:
- Phone list: Choose recipients by including or excluding specific databases. This section allows detailed control over who receives your messages.
- Include/Exclude DB: Tactically select contacts from specific databases to target your campaign or exclude from receiving any messages, optimizing your outreach.
- With Duplicates: Decide whether to allow duplicate numbers in your sending list, ensuring each recipient gets the message according to your strategy.
Content section:
- Select template: Utilize predefined templates or create new ones to save time and maintain message consistency across campaigns.
- Message: Directly compose your message here or edit the selected template. Incorporate placeholders like
#first_name#to personalize each message, enhancing recipient engagement. Please remember that you can fill out the contents field differently: do it manually, use an insert option, or combine both.
Table: Displays all the templates you have created with their status
- Name of SMS Campaign: The name of the template, which helps you quickly identify the appropriate campaign.
- Progress: This section of the interface provides updates on the progress of your SMS campaigns.
Actions:
Information: This icon shows you the main parameters of your campaign: Count of SMS, Sender, Send time, Sent SMS, Sent parts, Not sent.
View all button: This button will redirect you to the SMS Campaigns page.
