How to manage clients?
The Clients section is where you manage all customer accounts — from tracking basic data to assigning managers and monitoring financial status. It’s designed to give you quick access to everything you need for daily client operations in one place.
This guide shows how to filter, create, and manage clients using the available tools.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
Here's how you can effectively work with clients using this page:
1. Filtering clients
To quickly find specific clients, use the filter panel at the top of the page -
Step 1: Select filtering parameters:

Manager — filter by the account manager responsible for the client.

Client Type — choose between:
Own clients– clients assigned directly to you andManager’s clients– clients assigned to a specific manager. -
Block Stat — filter by blocked or unblocked status of the client.

Client's Status — select based on system-defined statuses (e.g. Active, Inactive).

Number of records per page — control how many clients appear on one page.

Country — filter clients by the registered country.
-
Currency — filter by the currency used in the client account.

Client — search by the client’s username/login.
-
Email — search by the client’s email address.
-
Phone — search by the client’s phone number.
-
Connection — filter by the type or status of client connection.
Step 2: Click button to apply filters or click
button to clear filters and return to default view.
2. Creating a new client
To add a new client profile:
Step 1: Click the green button at the top of the page -
Then, you will be redirected to the client creation page -
Step 2: Fill in the required fields* (e.g., Login, Password, Currency, Contacts).
*These fields are marked red squares in the screenshot.
Step 3 (optional): Configure optional settings if needed (e.g., Manager, Credit, Moderation).

3. Working with the Clients list
The main table displays key information for each client and several actions -
Click on the Login link to open detailed client profile settings -

Also, in the Actions column, you can perform essential operations:

Click
(In cabinet) switch to the client’s interface to monitor their activity and traffic, manage settings, and more.

(Add Credits) add funds to the client’s account with payment details and comments.

(Update Account) to edit client details.

(Linked Client) to manage sub-accounts.

Click
(Block Client) to restrict activity temporarily.
