How to manage SMPP Credentials?
The SMPP Credentials section allows you to configure login credentials and binding parameters for each client using the SMPP protocol. These credentials are required to authenticate and establish a session with the SMPP server.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
1. Viewing and editing SMPP Credentials
To view the complete list of SMPP credentials:
Click the button in the SMPP credentials block -
And the system will redirect you to the SMPP credentials page -
In the SMPP Credentials table in the last column, you can perform essential operations:

Click
(Update) icon to edit the SMPP credentials.
1. On the opened SMPP credentials page -
Update the necessary fields:

Login — SMPP username used for authentication.

Pass — password paired with the login.

Sessions — number of simultaneous SMPP sessions allowed for this client.

DLRs per attempt — number of Delivery Reports (DLRs) processed per attempt.

Attempts — maximum number of reconnection attempts if the connection fails.
2. After filling out confirm changes:
Clickbutton to apply the updates.

Click
(Delete) icon to to remove the SMPP credentials.
2. Creating new SMPP credentials
To create new SMPP credentials for a client:
Step 1: Click the green button in the SMPP credentials block -
or use the button on the SMPP credentials page -
And the system will redirect you to the Adding SMPP credentials page -
Step 2: Fill in the required information:

Login — username that will be used to establish the SMPP session.

Pass — password associated with the login.

Sessions — number of concurrent sessions the client is allowed to establish.

DLRs per attempt — maximum number of delivery reports to be processed in one attempt.

Attempts — number of retry attempts for failed delivery report submissions.
Step 3: Click button to apply the updates.
