How to manage Content replacement rules?
The Content replacement rules section allows you to manage rules that automatically replace specific content in SMS messages based on defined criteria (destination, aggregator, sender, etc.). These rules help adjust message content before delivery.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
1. Viewing and editing content replacement rules
To view the complete list of content replacement rules:
Step 1: Click the button in the Content replacement rules block -
And the system will redirect you to the Content replacement rules page -
Step 2: Use the available filters to search by:

Destination — filter rules by the target country or network.

Sender — search by the sender’s name or address.
-
Search content — search for keywords or phrases used in the rule conditions.
Step 3: Click button to apply filters or click
button to return to the default full list.
Also, In the Content replacement rules table in the last column, you can perform essential operations:

Click
(Update) icon to edit the content replacement rule.
1. On the opened Content replacement rules page -
Update the necessary fields:

Destination — select the target country and mobile network (MCC/MNC) where the rule will apply.

Aggregator — choose the aggregator handling the traffic.

Priority — set the rule priority (lower numbers mean higher priority).
-
Sender — specify the sender name the rule should apply to (use
*to apply it to all senders). -
Ignore Case checkbox — enable this checkbox to ignore letter case in Sender matching;

Searched phrase — enter the original phrase to look for in the message content.

Replacement — provide the phrase that will replace the matched content.

Link replacement — optionally select a predefined URL to replace links in the message.
2. After filling out confirm changes:
Clickbutton to apply the updates.

Click
(Delete) icon to to remove the content replacement rule.
2. Creating a new content replacement rule
To create a new content replacement rule to a client:
Step 1: Click the green button in the Content replacement rules block -
or use the button on the Content replacement rules page -
And the system will redirect you to the Adding content replacement rule page -
Step 2: Fill in the required information:

Destination — choose the target country and network (MCC/MNC) where the rule will be applied.

Aggregator — select the aggregator through which traffic is routed.

Priority — set the priority level of the rule (lower number = higher priority).

Sender — define the sender value that will trigger the replacement rule (use
*for all). -
Ignore Case checkbox — enable this checkbox to ignore letter case in Sender matching;

Searched Phrase — enter the text you want to search for in the message content.

Replacement — specify the text that will replace the searched phrase.

Link Replacement — optionally choose a predefined link to be used as the replacement instead of a text phrase.
Step 3: Click button to apply the updates.
3. Bulk importing content replacement rules
You can import multiple content replacement rules.
Step 1: Click button in the Content replacement rules page -
Step 2: On the opened page -
Select the account from which you want to import existing content replacement rules settings.
Step 3: Click button to confirm and apply content replacement rules to the current client.
4. Other actions
On the Content replacement rules page, you can also perform additional operations using the action buttons at the top of the interface:

Click
button to remove one or more content replacement rules entries permanently. This action cannot be undone.
