How to manage Invoices?
The Invoices section allows you to view all issued invoices for a client, check their status, and download each invoice. This helps maintain clear financial records and simplifies reconciliation with payments.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
1. Viewing invoices
To view the complete list of invoices:
Click the button in the Invoices block -
And the system will redirect you to the Invoices page -
2. Creating a new invoice
To create a new invoice to a client:
Step 1: Click the green button in the Invoices block -
And the system will redirect you to the Create Invoice page -
Step 2: Fill in the required information

Client / Reseller — select the recipient of the invoice. You can choose either a Client or a Reseller, not both.

Select the period — define the date range for which the invoice and statistics will be generated.

Stat — check this box if you want to generate a traffic statistics report for the selected period.

Invoice — check this box to create the invoice document itself.
Step 3: Click button to create an invoice.
3. Other actions
On the Invoice page, you can also perform additional operations using the action buttons at the top of the interface:

button in the Invoices block -
And the system will open a window for downloading an invoice.
Or use the same button on the Invoices page -
