How to update client profile details?
The Update Account function allows you to modify a client's profile information directly from the Clients section. This is essential for keeping account details up to date, adjusting credit limits, changing moderation settings, and more.
Keeping client data accurate ensures smooth cooperation and proper system operation.
Step 1: Open the Edit Client page
In the Clients list, choose the desired client -
Click the Edit icon in the Actions column.
On the opened Edit page -
Step 2: Modify the necessary information:
Core client settings:

Login — username used for platform access.

Password / Retype password — set and confirm the password for the client.

Manager — assign an account manager to this client.
-
Notification limit — set a threshold (in messages) for balance or usage alerts.

Moderation — choose between manual or automatic message review.
-
Local time — client’s local time for reference.
-
Time of dispatch — time range during which the client is allowed to send messages.

Currency — default currency for billing and balance display.
Financial settings:

Allow credit — credit amount available to the client.
-
Allow overdraw (temporary credit) — extra temporary credit beyond the main limit.

SMS priority — priority level for message routing (higher = faster delivery).

Disable Black List — bypass blacklist filtering if enabled.

Checkboxes:

Dynamic Sender— allows the client to set custom sender names (if supported). -
Send MO SMS via SMPP— enables inbound MO SMS over SMPP protocol. -
Daily mailing of general statistics— sends a daily summary email with basic stats.

Company and contact details:

First and Last Name — full name of the client representative.

Number of contract — internal or official contract number.

Company — name of the client’s company.

Company Credential — optional additional legal or ID info.

Phone — primary phone number.
-
Country — client’s country of registration or operation.

Telegram / Skype — optional contact for support communication.
Sending permissions:

Days of waiting DLR — DLR validity period (how long the system waits for delivery confirmation).

Delivery Status — client’s current status (Active, Expired, etc.).

Checkboxes:

Can Send via SMPP— allows sending messages using SMPP. -
Can Send via API— enables REST/API sending. -
Can Send from Web— access to web-based sending interface. -
Can Send via RESTAPI— enables specific REST API endpoints. -
Can Add Subaccount— allows this client to create subaccounts.

Email and notification settings:

E-mail — main contact email.

E-mail for price update — address to send price change notifications.

E-mail for billing — address to send invoices.

Price update format — format for price files (e.g., CSV, MNC-based).

Enterprise — type of client (e.g., Company, Private).

Send to email— Email all billing-related data.

Comments — field for internal use (e.g., special agreements, support notes).

Product — choose a product that you want to apply to your client.
Step 3: Click to apply the updates or, If needed, click
to discard changes.
