How to add a linked client?
The Linked Client function allows you to create sub-accounts (child clients) associated with a main client profile. This is useful for managing complex client structures, where different teams or departments require separate access but share common billing and routing settings.
Sub-accounts inherit certain parameters from the main client but can have individual logins and passwords.
Step 1: Open the Clients page
In the Clients list, choose the desired client -
Step 2: Click the Linked client icon in the Actions column.
On the opened New Linked Client page -
Step 3: Enter the following information:

Main Client — automatically filled with the parent client's name. You can change a client if it's needed.

Login — specify a unique username for the sub-account.

Password — create a secure password for this sub-account.
Step 4: Click button to apply the updates.
