How to block a client?
The Block Client function temporarily restricts a client's ability to send messages or use the platform's services. This is a soft block — it doesn't delete the client profile or affect their historical data but prevents further activity until the restriction is lifted.
This is useful for handling overdue payments, policy violations, or manual suspensions initiated by managers or administrators.
Step 1: Open the Clients page
In the Clients list, choose the desired client -
Step 2: Click the Block icon in the Actions column.
When your client is successfully blocked, you will see the pop-up message with the status "Client "name" is blocked" and its login and block button will change color from blue to red.
The block can be lifted at any time by clicking the Unblock icon in the same Actions column.
