How to create a new client?
The Create a Client function lets administrators and managers onboard new customers by setting up their account, contact details, billing, permissions, and messaging preferences.
To create a new client you need:
Step 1: Open the client creation form
On the Clients page, click the button at the top right -
And the system will redirect you to the client creation page -
Step 2: Fill in the required* and optional fields
*These fields are marked red squares on the screenshot.
Core client settings:

Login — edit username used for platform access.

Password / Retype password — update the client’s password if needed.

Manager — reassign or change the account manager responsible for this client.

Notification limit — adjust the message usage threshold that triggers notifications.

Moderation — modify the moderation type (manual or automatic).
-
Local time — update the client’s local timezone setting.
-
Time of dispatch — change the allowed time window for sending messages.
-
Currency — a default currency used for this client’s transactions (read-only if already set).
Financial settings:

Allow credit — update the available credit limit for the client.

Allow overdraw (temporary credit) — modify the temporary overdraft limit.

SMS priority — adjust message delivery priority for this client.

Disable Black List — enable or disable blacklist filtering for this client.

Checkboxes:
-
Dynamic Sender— enable or disable the ability to use custom sender names. -
Send MO SMS via SMPP— toggle inbound MO SMS reception via SMPP. -
Daily mailing of general statistics— turn daily statistics email reports on or off.

Company and contact details:
-
First and Last Name — edit the name of the client’s representative.

Number of contract — update the associated contract number.

Company — change or correct the company name.

Company Credential — add or update legal or identification details.

Phone — update the client’s contact phone number.
-
Country — change the country of registration or operation.
-
Telegram / Skype — add or update alternative contact methods.
Sending permissions:
-
Days of waiting DLR — change the DLR wait time for this client.

Delivery Status — update the client's delivery status (e.g., Active, Expired).

Checkboxes:
-
Can Send via SMPP— enable or disable permission for SMPP messaging. -
Can Send via API— enable or disable permission for API-based messaging. -
Can Send from Web— enable or disable access to the web interface. -
Can Send via RESTAPI— enable or disable REST API access. -
Can Add Subaccount— allow or prevent the client from creating subaccounts.

Email and notification settings:
-
E-mail — update the main contact email address.

E-mail for price update — change where price update notifications are sent.

E-mail for billing — update the billing email address.
-
Price update format — select or modify the preferred format for price updates.

Billing preferences:
-
Enterprise — update the client type (e.g., Company, Individual).

Dates for invoices (separated by commas) — modify the schedule for invoice delivery.

Checkboxes:
-
Send stats— enable or disable whether traffic statistics are sent regularly. -
Send invoices— enable or disable invoice dispatch. -
Send to email— set whether to send billing data via email.

Another:
-
Comments — edit internal notes, comments, or special conditions related to this client.

Product — change the assigned product or service plan for this client.
Step 3: Click to apply the updates or, If needed, click
to discard changes.
