How to manage a client profile?
The Client Settings section opens when you click a client's login in the Clients list. This is the central dashboard where you can:

View and edit key account data (balance, credit, time zone, registration, etc.)

Perform quick actions like editing the profile, blocking/unblocking access, and viewing history

Access navigation tabs for pricing, routing, API configuration, incoming SMS, and more
This unified view makes it easier to support, analyze, and manage all aspects of a client’s account.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
1. Using the client action panel
The action panel provides quick access to core functions for managing a specific client.

Click
button opens the client’s dedicated interface with traffic analytics, API configuration, pricing, and more.

button opens the profile editor, allowing you to change login details, set credit limits, assign managers, and more.

Click
button temporarily disables the client’s ability to send traffic and halts operations.

button opens a log of changes, balances, and activity for the selected client.

button permanently removes the client account from the platform. This action is irreversible.

At the top of the client profile, you’ll find multiple configuration tabs:

Destinations — assign country-specific pricing and manage personalized routing pools.

Incoming SMS — assign a reception number for two-way communication.
