How to use the History tab?
The History tab provides a complete audit trail of all changes made to a client's account. It helps administrators track updates, verify operations, and maintain full transparency across multiple settings.
This section is useful for support, accounting, compliance, and troubleshooting tasks.
To view the client's history:
Go to the client profile and click button in the action panel -
You’ll be redirected to the History page -
Each tab inside the History section corresponds to a specific category of changes:

Client data — edits to profile fields, credit limits, overdraft, etc. Click
icon for more details.

Payments — all manual top-ups and transaction status updates.

Prices — changes in pricing per country or route.

Routing — updates to personal routing settings and aggregator pools.

SMPP IP — connection changes for protocol access.

Receive SMS — numbers added for inbound message reception.

Sender — changes related to sender names (if available).

Use the search fields (where available) or navigate by date/time to review specific modifications -
Click button to return to the client setting page.
