How to manage Personal routing?
The Personal routing section provides a set of tools for configuring traffic delivered through the platform.
Routing allows you to direct various message types from different clients to specific providers or service pools based on destination, sender, content, and other criteria. This ensures flexibility, control, and reliability in traffic management.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
1. Viewing and editing routing details
To view the complete list of destination routes:
Step 1: Click the button in the Personal routing block -
And the system will redirect you to the Routing page -
Step 2: Use the available filters to search by:

Country / Destination – select a specific country or operator to view routes applied only to that destination (based on MCC/MNC).

Sender – enter a specific sender name.
-
Pool – filter by the provider pool to which the route is assigned.
-
Select type – filter by different SMS type: SMS, HLR, MNP, etc.
Step 3: Click button to apply filters or click
button to return to the default full list.
Also, In the Routing table in the last column, you can perform essential operations:

Click
(View) icon to see all details of the selected routing rule in a read-only format.
1. On the opened View routing page -
You’ll see the following fields:
-
Destination — country and network (e.g., Greece [MCC=202]);

Aggregator Pools — the selected pool responsible for traffic delivery (e.g., Teqi Pool);
-
Phone — (optional) recipient phone number(s) the rule applies to;
-
Part Text — (optional) part of the SMS message to filter by keyword;
-
Priority — the priority level (lower number = higher priority);
-
Sender — (optional) sender name(s) that this rule applies to;
-
Type — traffic type (e.g., SMS);
-
Comments — internal notes regarding this route.
2. At the top of the page, you also have possibility to:

Click
button to edit the routing details such as destination, pool, sender, priority, etc.

Click
button to remove the routing — this action permanently deletes the selected rule from the account.

Click
button to return to the routing list

Click
(Edit) icon to view routing history.
1. On the opened Edit routing page -
Update the necessary fields:

Destination — select the destination country and network (MCC/MNC);
-
Pools — choose the aggregator pool that will handle the traffic;
-
Type — select the traffic type (SMS, HLR, etc.);
-
Priority — define the priority level (lower number = higher priority);
-
Sender / Phone / Part Text — optional fields for filtering based on sender name, recipient number, or message content;

Ignore Case checkbox — enable this checkbox to ignore letter case in Sender matching;

Sender Type — (optional) choose a sender type if needed;
-
Comments — add any internal notes regarding this rule.
2. After filling out confirm or cancel changes:
Clickbutton to apply the updates or click
button to cancel the updates.

Click
(Delete) icon to to remove the routing.
2. Creating a new routing
To create a new routing to a client:
Step 1: Click the green button in the Routing block -
or use the button on the Routing page -
And the system will redirect you to the Create routing page -
Step 2: Fill in the required information:

Destination — select the target country and network (MCC/MNC) for routing.

Pools — choose the aggregator pool through which traffic should be sent.
-
Type — select the traffic type (e.g., SMS, HLR, etc.).
-
Priority — assign the priority level of the route. The lower the number, the higher the priority.

Sender — an optional field to specify a sender name or mask that the rule applies to.
-
Phone — an optional field to filter routing by recipient phone numbers.
-
Part Text — an optional field to apply the route based on a keyword found in the SMS content.

Ignore Case — enable this checkbox to ignore letter case in Sender matching.

Sender Type — (optional) select the type of sender (not required unless specified).
-
Comments — add any internal notes or descriptions about this routing rule.
Step 3: Click button to create a routing or click
button to return to the Routing page.
3. Bulk importing routes
You can import or assign multiple routes at once using any of the two bulk upload options:
Option 1: Import routes from another account
Step 1: Click button in the Routing page -
On the opened page -
Step 2: Select the account from which you want to import existing routing settings.
Step 3: Click button to confirm and apply routing to the current client or click
button to return to the Routing page.
Option 2: Ask the route for all countries
Step 1: Click button in the Routing page -
On the opened page -
Step 2: Fill in the required information:

SMS type — by default set to
SMS, but you can select other types, such asHLR,MNP, etc. -
Pool — select the necessary pool from the list.

Step 3: Click button to confirm and apply routing to the current client.
4. Other actions
On the Routing page, you can also perform additional operations using the action buttons at the top of the interface:

Click
button to redirect to the Pricing page and configure personal pricing for the client.

Click
button to remove one or more routing entries permanently. This action cannot be undone.
