How to manage Payments?
The Payments section allows you to track, edit, and register payments made by the client, including linking them to invoices and viewing payment history.
Key actions:
- You can add negative packages to credit notes or deduct incorrect payments.
1. Viewing and editing payments
To view the complete list of payments:
Click the button in the Payments block -
And the system will redirect you to the Payments page -

Click
(Update) icon to edit the client payment.
1. On the opened Client Payments page -
Update the necessary fields:

Amount (uneditable field) — view the total amount of the payment.

Status — check this box if the payment has already been received. Leave it unchecked if the payment is pending.

Payment type — select the payment method (e.g. Cash payment, Bank transfer).

Pay date — choose the date when the payment was made using the calendar picker.

Invoice (uneditable field) — view the payment linked to the specific invoice.

Comments — optional field to enter internal notes about the transaction.
2. After filling out confirm or cancel changes:
Clickbutton to apply the updates or click
button to cancel the updates.

2. Creating a new payment
To create a new payment to a client:
Step 1: Click the green button in the Payments block -
or use the button on the Payments page -
And the system will redirect you to the Create payment page -
Step 2: Fill in the required information

Amount — specify the top-up sum.

Status — mark as Paid (default) or keep Unpaid if pending.

Payment Type — select how the payment was made (e.g., Cash, Bank Transfer).

Pay Date — set the transaction date.

Invoice — link the credit to an existing invoice, if applicable.

Comments — optionally add a note to describe the reason or source of the credit.
Step 3: Click button to create a payment or click
button to return to the Payment page.
3. Other actions
On the Payment page, you can also perform additional operations using the action buttons at the top of the interface:
