What is an SMS full of data?
This section allows users to review the information about their messages.
The SMS full data page is composed of 3 main elements:
Search section:
- ID State: This field allows users to enter a unique identifier for each SMS state.
- Destination: Utilize this dropdown to select the country and possibly specific mobile network codes (MNC) for which you wish to view SMS data.
- Sender: This field is used to filter messages by the sender's name.
- Phone: Inputting a phone number here allows the user to retrieve all SMS communications sent to that specific number.
- State: A dropdown menu that lets users filter messages by their delivery status, such as Delivered, Not Delivered, Sent, or Expired.
- Database: This dropdown menu provides a list of available databases which the SMS might be associated with.
- Name distribution: This field allows users to select the campaign from a dropdown list of SMS campaigns.
- Date Range: Users can set a specific date and time range for the SMS data they wish to view. This feature supports both start and end dates, allowing for precise temporal segmentation of data analysis.
- Send type: This dropdown lets users choose the type of SMS.
- Limit: Set the maximum number of records to display per page.
Actions:
- Search button: Initiates a search based on specified criteria, allowing for refined analysis of SMS data.
- Reset button: Clears all input fields and selections, restoring them to default settings for a fresh start.
- Export button: Provides the functionality to export the data into a file, useful for reports or external analysis.
Table: Displays all the SMS messages during the chosen period.
Each column in the table provides different information, such as:
- Destination: Shows the country and network to which the SMS was sent.
- Sender: Displays the entity or campaign responsible for sending the SMS.
- Phone: Lists the recipient's phone number, making it easy to identify the target audience of each message.
- Sent: Indicates the exact time and date the SMS was sent.
- DLR time: The delivery receipt time confirms when the SMS was successfully delivered.
- Text SMS: Contains the actual text of the SMS sent.
- State: Shows the delivery status, which is vital for campaign monitoring.
- Sum: Indicates the cost of sending each SMS, helping in budgeting and financial tracking.
Actions:
View: This button will open a new window where you can check all the detailed information about the message.
