SMS Campaigns Introduction

What is an SMS Campaign?

This section allows users to view and steer their SMS Campaigns.

All these campaigns will be displayed here when users have created and set up an SMS campaign.

In this section, a user can:

1. Overview SMS Campaigns:
   • Campaign Management: View all their SMS Campaigns in one list. This includes details such as the delivery name, text, sender information, groups, etc., for each campaign.
2. Manage the campaign:
   • Actions: While the campaign is still parsing, the user can suspend, restore, and delete selected campaigns.

To suspend your campaign, click on the Suspend button. After clicking, your step will be changed from “Pending” to “Paused”. Also, in the actions column, you will see new actions, “Restore” and ”Delete”. Choose the necessary variant, and the system will handle your request.
