What are the Reporting files?
This section allows users to review the information about their reports.
The Reporting Files page is composed of 3 main elements:
Search section:
- ID State: This field allows users to enter a unique identifier for each SMS state.
- Destination: Utilize this dropdown to select the country and possibly specific mobile network codes (MNC) for which you wish to view SMS data.
- Sender: This field is used to filter messages by the sender's name.
- Phone: Inputting a phone number here allows the user to retrieve all SMS communications sent to that specific number.
- State: A dropdown menu that lets users filter messages by their delivery status, such as Delivered, Not Delivered, Sent, or Expired.
- Name distribution: This field allows users to select the campaign from a dropdown list of SMS campaigns.
Actions:
- Search button: Initiates a search based on specified criteria, allowing for refined analysis of SMS data.
- Reset button: Clears all input fields and selections, restoring them to default settings for a fresh start.
Table: Displays all the SMS messages during the chosen period.
Each column in the table provides different information, such as:
- Date: This column shows the date and time the report was generated.
- Sender: Indicates the sender's name or identifier.
- Phone: Displays the phone number of the person who received the SMS.
- DLR Status: This column shows the delivery status of each SMS.
- Name Distribution: Lists the SMS campaign names.
- Period: Specifies the time range when the report was generated.
Actions:
- Download: This button provides you the opportunity to download the report.
