What is a Blocked SMS?
This section allows users to review the information about their blocked messages.
The SMS full data page is composed of 3 main elements:
Search section:
- Phone: Inputting a phone number here allows the user to retrieve all SMS communications sent to that specific number.
- Sender: This field is used to filter messages by the sender's name.
- Text SMS: Allows you to search within the content of the blocked SMS messages. This can be useful if you are looking for messages with specific wording or errors related to message content.
Actions:
- Search button: Initiates a search based on specified criteria, allowing for refined analysis of SMS data.
- Reset button: Clears all input fields and selections, restoring them to default settings for a fresh start.
- Export button: Provides the functionality to export the data into a file, which is useful for reports or external analysis.
Table: Displays all the Blocked SMS messages during the entire period.
Each column in the table provides different information, such as:
- Country: Shows the country to which the SMS was intended, along with the MCC (Mobile Country Code).
- Phone: Displays the recipient's phone number.
- Sender: Lists the sender’s name, indicating which account or campaign the blocked message originated from.
- Text SMS: Contains the content of the SMS.
- Time: Records the exact time the SMS was processed.
- Error: Describes the reason for the SMS being blocked, such as "No cost to the aggregator", "No Active Aggregator", etc.
