How to use SMS full data section
Navigate to the “Traffic” menu and select “SMS full data” to open the section.
💡 Important! By default settings, the system shows you current-day data.
On this page, you can do several actions:
Set up the search section:
- ID State: Enter a unique ID state of the SMS. This value is assigned by the system by default.
- Destination: Choose the necessary country with the code.
- Sender: Filter messages by their originating sender.
- Phone: Input a phone number to locate specific messages.
- State: Select from available SMS statuses using the dropdown menu.
- Database: Access a dropdown list of all configured databases.
- Name distribution: Choose the desired SMS campaign from the list.
- Date Range: Use the calendar icon and choose dates for the start and finish date of mailing.
- Send type: Select the SMS category from the provided list.
- Limit: Configure the maximum number of SMS records to display.
Choose the action:
- Search button: Clicking this button will initiate a search based on the criteria specified in the filter fields.
- Reset button: This button clears all the input fields and filters, restoring them to their default states.
- Export button: When you click this button, the system will show you a confirmation window. After confirmation, your report will be available in the Reporting files section.
Check the table data:
Find the necessary SMS messages during the chosen period. Each column in the table provides different information, such as:
- Destination: Shows the country and network to which the SMS was sent.
- Sender: Displays the entity or campaign responsible for sending the SMS.
- Phone: Lists the recipient's phone number, making it easy to identify the target audience of each message.
- Sent: Indicates the exact time and date the SMS was sent.
- DLR time: The delivery receipt time confirms when the SMS was successfully delivered.
- Text SMS: Contains the actual text of the SMS sent.
- State: Shows the delivery status, which is vital for campaign monitoring.
- Sum: Indicates the cost of sending each SMS, helping in budgeting and financial tracking.
Actions:
View: Click on this button will open a new window where you can check all the detailed information about the message.
