What is a Waiting SMS?

This section allows users to review the information about their expected SMS delivery.

The Waiting SMS page is composed of 2 main elements:

Actions:

• Resend all: You can always resend all your waiting SMS after replenishing the balance.
• Delete all: If it’s needed, the user can delete all messages.

Table: Displays all the Waiting SMS in one list.

Each column in the table provides different information, such as:

• SMS ID: Shows the unique identifier for each message.
• Campaign: Lists the campaign name associated with the SMS.
• Sender: Identifies the sender of the SMS.
• Phone Number: Displays the phone number where this SMS will be sent.
• Time of Addition to Queue: Indicates the exact time and date the SMS was queued.
• Text of SMS: Provides a preview of the SMS content.
