Waiting SMS Tutorial

How to use the Waiting SMS section

Navigate to the “Traffic” menu and select “Waiting SMS” to open the section.

On this page, you can do several actions:

Choose the action:

• Resend all button: Clicking this button will initiate a new attempt to resend all waiting SMS. If your balance is enough, the system will send all sms.
• Delete button: This button will delete all waiting SMS.

Check the table data:

Find the necessary SMS message in the table using these columns:

• SMS ID: Shows the unique identifier for each message.
• Campaign: Lists the campaign name associated with the SMS.
• Sender: Identifies the sender of the SMS.
• Phone Number: Displays the phone number where this SMS will be sent.
• Time of Addition to Queue: Indicates the exact time and date the SMS was queued.
• Text of SMS: Provides a preview of the SMS content.
